There may be color variations from the image to the mural due to printing and ink.
We will not accept certain images. These images include:

Anything that is copywritten and you do not have permission to use.
Images that are someone else's intellectual property.
Images that involve a third party you do not have consent to use.
Custom Wallpaper Design is not to be held liable if any damages, claims, or expenses that arise from the materials you submit.

Free Shipping Promotion: Small Samples are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. All other items will ship either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Returns
All of our wallpapers, murals, wall stickers, and decals are made to order especially for you. We do not keep any stock of our items, which means we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges since we cannot resell them.

Our peel and stick wallpaper has a high tack removable adhesive. When placing in critical areas such as behind a child's crib or child's bed, we recommend using a wallpaper primer (Roman Pro-935 R-35) and permanent double sided tape at the top edge to be on the safe side. Please understand there are many factors beyond our control that may make your wall unique. If you are unsure about texture or paint compatibility please use the wallpaper primer and double stick tape at the tops of the panels. Refunds will not be given for wall incompatibility or wallpaper failure due to textured walls or paints that advertise as non-staining or easy to clean.
Peel and Stick Roll options (vinyl / fabric) are NOT compatible with Sherwin Williams ProMar 400 Zero VOC paints OR Paints marketed as Stain-Resistant / Anti-Stain / Anti-microbial UNLESS you use Roman Pro-935 R-35 Primer on the wall first.
